\/><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>In Regards to Jet Boots Photon Art \"Surging Impulse\"<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The dev team has confirmed that you can deal high amounts of damage within a certain time-frame when combining the PA \"Surging Impulse\" with non-Jet Boots weapon attack actions with Multi-weapons. <\/p>\n<p>Even though it's highly efficient to use Surging Impulse in the above manner, this unfortunately creates a huge difference in damage when compared to other attack methods and other weapons.<\/p>\n<p>To reduce the impact on the game's future balancing, the following adjustments will be made.<\/p>\n<p>To adjust the power for the branched off attacks for \"Surging Impulse,\" they will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Extend the interval between hits of the deployed Photon Blades.<\/li>\n<li>Reduce the number of hits until the Photon Blade explodes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The power for \"Surging Impulse\" will be reduced if you're using a non-Jet Boots weapon as a Multi-Weapon. <\/p>\n<p>The following adjustments will be made to the <strong>additional attack<\/strong> of the skill [Jet Boots Element Set] that was activated by \"Surging Impulse,\" if you're using a non-Jet Boots weapon as a Multi-Weapon.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The power will be reduced.<\/li>\n<li>The effects of the following class skills will no longer apply.\n<ul>\n<li>Barta Blot<\/li>\n<li>Zonde-Clad<\/li>\n<li>Zan Gale<\/li>\n<li>Grants Glitter<\/li>\n<li>Megid Sphere<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<style>.wp-block-kadence-spacer.kt-block-spacer-_6937a2-f7 .kt-block-spacer{height:26px;}.wp-block-kadence-spacer.kt-block-spacer-_6937a2-f7 .kt-divider{border-top-width:2px;border-top-color:var(--global-vivid-red);width:100%;border-top-style:solid;}<\/style>\n<div class=\"wp-block-kadence-spacer aligncenter
