The reason for this is because those who previously downloaded his character but did not purchase the pay DLC outfit \"Sakai Suit\" could only see Sakai in default clothes. Now Sakai will wear the official Sega outfit like Segakochan.&nbsp; Sakai will personally send out his character through passive communications with the PSP. This can occur if you arrive at the specified gameshops in Japan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As for the other characters, they will also be distributed this way, and those who already received the characters should turn off their WLAN switch. However, there may be a case where Sega staff may have to transfer characters through a party.
