Super Phantasy Festival 2025

Celebrate Phantasy Star Online's 13th Anniversary with a slew of campaigns and festivities.

Central City will be adorned in anniversary attire. This will span towards Region Mags and Rappies as well.

Xiandy will be hosting the event in her new denim outfit.

The Super Phantasy Festival '25 SP Scratch will have Shiva and Luther's outfits, stamps, build parts, and camos.

Also, you can participate in the 10x a Day Free AC scratch, where you can get PSO2 spec items as well as build parts featuring new artwork of several characters.

Emergency Quest: The Veil of Stars Descends D.2

Enjoy an Emergency Quest version of [The Veil of Stars Crashes] with relaxed quest failure conditions, enemy HP and attack power.

Limited Quest: Simulation: Breezy Summer Dash

Surf above the sea with 8 players as you make use of gimmicks like Blast Charge Signs to reach the boss at the final area. Limited Tasks will reward Super Phantasy '25 SP Scratch Tickets and N-Ability Transfer Pass Vouchers.

Limited Trigger Quest: Simulation: Ruino D Hunar

Battle D Hunar with up to 4 players as you avoid its tricky attacks that can hit both near and far.

In addition, Mining Rig Defense: Retem will have Rank.4 with enemy levels at Lv. 105 and updated rewards.

Waker, Fighter, & Gunner Balance Adjustments

The Waker class will receive balance adjustments and a new class skill that summons a Marmelo crest.

Both Fighter and Gunner will receive adjustments, such as [Fighter Arts Pursuit] gaining increased power and [Chain Trigger Increase] raising the Down Infliction (value) of Chain Finish based on the Chain Number.

New Equipment

"Leity" is a new Legendary.2 weapon whose potential applies a damage debuff on the enemy you're attacking for a limited time.

New EX Abilities

EX Avoid Onslaught II H
- Power +5% / HP + 25
- Damage Variance +2%
- Power +1% up to 3% when you successfully negate an attack with Sidestep or a Weapon Action. Boost is lost on taking damage.
- When an attack is successfully negated with a Sidestep or Weapon Action, power will increase +1% up to a maximum of +3%. The boost is lost upon taking damage.
EX Pain Provoke II H
- Power + 5.5% / HP +25
- Damage Variance +2%
- When taking damage around 9% of your max HP, power increases by 1.5% for 20 seconds. Recover 10% of Max HP when affect ends.

The new ★13 Volhel series is an upgrade of the Juwel weapons with higher stats and a more powerful potential.

Various New Features

Legendary.1 rarity has been added to the Auto Sell Drop Items feature.

The Item used in the Multi-Weapon will be displayed in the Item Details Window.

You can now toggle "Look At Camera" ON/OFF in Easy Camera Mode. This can also be used in conjunction with other face orientation settings.

Creative Space will have new Build Parts based of the Kvaris Mountain Lodge. Decorate your space with the Kvar: Log, Kvar: Bed, and Kvar: Sofa!

The "Pose Selection" screen under "Register Your Fashion" in the Fashion Catalog will be adjusted to look similar to the [Victory Performance Settings] screen, and the Type 1 and Type 2 tabs will be removed.

Hovering your cursor over a Lobby Action will play the animation in the window.

If you become incapacitated while playing a quest solo, the Incapacitation menu will have a new button to allow you to "Retire Quest."

The "Leave Party" button was added to the Quick Menu. You can use this feature in the Customized Layout.

Added a Recommended Tasks tab to the Task list.

New Line Strike Cards

12 new cards will be added to Line Strike based of the IDOLA: Phantasy Star Saga series. With these cards, comes a new skill called "Fate Divergence" which transforms the card based on the square it's summoned to.

New Skills

Fate Divergence: When summoned to a square marked A or B, transform into the corresponding form.
Bodyguard: Increases attack, 2 times the # of allies in the target square. [Passive]
Auto Barrier: Grants the same effect as the "Barrier" skill at the start of the turn. [Passive]
Clone: Places a clone at the designated square.
Vanish: Reset the target Ally's attack to the initial value.
Block Enemy Movement: Prevents the target enemy from moving until the start of the next turn's Disruption skill.
Block Ally Movement: Prevents the target ally from moving during the current turn.

You can obtain the Crawford Card before its intended release in the next update by completing Task Rewards.

Other Additions:

Card Recycle now contains sleeves and playmats from IDOLA: Phantasy Star Saga, as well as, direct trades for the 5th wave of cards.
The AC Shop is getting a Starter Deck featuring the 6th wave of cards.
Limited Quests in August will drop cards featuring summer versions of Hariette, Matoi, Io, and Seraphy in swimwear. When summoned, a special visual will occur.

Revival Scratch: Super Phantasy Festival Revival

Cardigan Academic Hair, Pure Straight Long, and more will be available in this revival scratch. The scratch bonus will contain the PSO2 camo ＊Stealth Weapon.

Touhou Project

It's what you've all been waiting for, a collaboration with Tuuuhuuu! Login bonuses will include Build Part acrylic stands of Touhou characters.

AC Scratch: Touhou Style

Dress up as Reimu Hakurei, Marisa Kirisame, and Flandre Scarlet with an assortment of avatar items, including costumes, and hairstyles!

The collaboration will also include Build Parts where you can make your own Bullet Hell patterns, Yukkuri Mag Forms, music discs, and stamps.

Bad Apple!! feat.nomico can be acquired as a music disc in the scratch bonus.

Limited Quest: Simulation: Blazing Summer Dash

A solo variant of the limited quest: Breezy Summer Dash, where you'll also float over the sea to defeat the boss in the final area. This course features additional obstacles.

This quest will qualify for ARKS Record, challenge yourself and aim for a high score!

Totalwear of Aina and Manon are available in the Scratch Bonus.

Limited Quest: Massive Mecha March

The stage is set at the Dreisen Plant in a different location than usual. Up to 8 players can participate in this quest. The route you take is randomly selected from an assortment of different patterns. Repeat the quest to see all the different routes.
