13-star Volgen Series
You can get these weapons by upgrading the Juvolg series. After upgrading your weapons to the Volgen series, you'll still be able to transfer your Special Abilities to another weapon without using an N-Special Ability Transfer Pass. Further upgrades are planned, so please stay tuned for further developments.
Legend.2 Rarity: Leyend
Leyend Weapons are the successor to the Legendios weapons. Since the Leyend series are being added to the game at the same time as 13 star weapons, they have higher attack performance than the Legendios series. Because of this, they're raising the rarity to Legend.2.
These weapons inflict a limited-time debuff on enemies you've attacked by lowering the damage you receive from that enemy. This makes them particularly useful against powerful foes.
Plus, they'll have an upgrade for these weapons in December.
NGS Operation Report

Scratch Tickets and Reward Box Medals in Storage are easily forgotten.
Are there any plans to fix this?
They plan to make it possible to use Scratch Tickets and Reward Box medals in your storage. More details in the next Headline Wave.
Can you make it so that we can save more than 40 Creative Space designs?
The max number of designs that can be saved was already pushing the limits of what was possible when Creative Space was released. Unfortunately it would be very difficult to increase this number.
There are so many Stamps now that it's hard to find the ones I want. Can you added a Favorites feature for Stamps?
They are moving forward with a Favorites feature for Stamps. More details will be communicated in the next Headline Wave.

The Juvolg (Juwel) series based around a jewel motif, wih the weapons themselves having a fantastic look to assentuate the jewels.

This weapon series can be upgraded and gradually become stronger. The idea is that the weapons at the Juvolg stage are like uncut gems that later become jewels.

When upgraded, each weapon category will take on the color of the class of the using it, allowing you to enjoy a color jewel like appearance.

They hope you continue using them, not only because of its performance after its upgrade, but also because of how the jewels will shine.

It's no longer just an impression: SEGA is truly abandoning PSO Genesis. It's been a while since there's been a great update (only minor adjustments), and they no longer produce any truly new content, just recycling content from seasons of years past.
The Creative Space, which would be the best minigame inside the main game, has been abandoned.
I believe that 2026 will indeed be the last year of PSO Genesis, especially since many players have already abandoned this game and migrated to other, more modern anime MMOs. PSO2 is very dated, using an engine from the PS3/Wii-U old times… It's high time for SEGA to show us a truly next-gen PSO3 (or PSU2).
People like you have been saying this for years, and yet they keep finding ways to truck along. Saying all that, and then following it up with thinking they need yet another PSO of all things is completely braindead lmao.
If we're getting a new game, what the series needs is an entirely different kind of Phantasy Star game, to revitalize the franchise. Whether it's a single player RPG or something else (like a smaller-form, co-op RPG), there's other ways they can make another Phantasy Star game. Meanwhile NGS can be used as a vehicle to compliment and promote those new games, but a new game itself should also be entirely divorced from PSO altogether
Asking for PSO3 and PSU2 instead of Phantasy Star 5 lmao
Posted it again award.
Wait. So, Remilia, Sakuya, and Cirno got shafted? Or did they not reveal all of the collab items in the trailer?
Guess I'll hold off on my opinion until release, though what they showed wasn't exactly inspiring.
Remilia, Sakuya, and Cirno got shafted:) Enjoy the beatMARIO Cirno dance and music disc
is there really no hope for a fleshed story quest (˃̣̣̥ ^ ˂̣̣̥)
I miss the days of base PSO2 main story missions
*fleshed out
Doesn't look like it.
The dev team is either short-staffed, or who knows what happened to them. This feels like a bare minimum, and I just don't know why they had to sunset PSO2 for NGS, if this is the end result.
