According to Xbox360 Phantasy Star Universe site, there will be regular maintenance for April 10th, 2009. The Easter lobby will end on April 17th, 2009.
April 9th: Due to vandalism to fiber optic cables in San Jose, California, PSU will have network issues until repairs are made. The message boards and games will still remain online in the meantime. -sfgate

So after about 3 weeks without a monitor, I finally gave in and purchased a widescreen monitor. So I'll be back on PSU and will continue with regularly scheduled updates. Next up will be some minor news about Phantasy Star Zero Mini.
