Famitsu Recap

Not really good news for those anticipating these cast parts made by Gundam designer: Kunio Okawara. It is expected that this weapon and cast parts will release as a product code within the Famitsu weekly 4/07/11 issue. No word if it will be publicly available to everyone on the Japanese Playstation Store. So for now this locks us out of getting the items internationally.

The lovely Puyo Puyo trading mission is supposed to get an update on 3/23/11. Although at the time of this writing, the mission isn't officially scheduled to release on that date and may have been pushed further due to the earthquake. The Gurren Lagann outfits were also supposed to release last week. It's possible the passwords will come out this week.

The Infinity Bible, which is now called PSP2i "Final Guide," was expected to come out on 3/31/11. However, Enterbrain changed the release date to pending. Considering how incorrect the PSP2 Bible was, I wouldn't be surprised if they postponed the book to make sure things are more accurate.

Japanese Magazine Weapons in Phantasy Star Portable 2 Infinity

This time there are several new magazine collaboration weapons for Phantasy Star Portable 2 Infinity. All weapons below are password items whose passwords can be found within their respective magazines. Check the Infinity Vision Phone Password in the sidebar to see if any have been posted.

 

Famitsu Dendou Blade (Sword)

It's said that after defeating a certain number of enemies, it shows its hidden power. I'm guessing it changes its appearance color wise.

 

コネオンツインセイバー Connecton Saber (Twin Saber)

This rare twin saber assists the player's online life. The blue saber is called Connect, and the red saber is called OnSaber.

 

剛剣アンカーフック Anchor Hook (Claw)

 

Ｖジャンプバレッタ V Jump Barrette (Crossbow)

 

ポリタンナッコォ Politan Knucko (Knuckles)

It's said these knuckles seem more motivated around women. When the party member is female, its ability increases. However, when it's a man, its ability decreases.

PSP2i: Date Changes + PSN Maintenance

Some shuffling going down today, here's whats affected.

  • Releasing 3/9/11
    • Valkyria Chronicles 3 Pay DLC
    • Little Wing Battlefield Mission Code

The reason the DLC was released earlier is because tomorrow there is going to be a Playstation Network Maintenance. The maintenance runs from 1:00 JST to 12:00 JST. During this time, there will be no access to the Playstation Network/Playstation Store.

 

Puyo Puyo Mobile

So a while back I mentioned that it seemed as if the Puyo Puyo mission needed a Japanese cellphone. As much I tried accessing the site with my non-japanese cellphone, I couldn't get in anyway. The Puyo Puyo mission requires a password and serial number from the mobile site and that must be entered within the PSP2i mission.

 

Puyo Puyo Chair ぷよぷよチェア (Room Item)

Here's  something you can get with this password and serial number, a Puyo Puyo chair! How lovely! If you register with the ★ぷよぷよ！セガ調査指令１ mobile site, then give the passwords to Emilia, she'll give you the items.

 

Give her the codes she needs!

Well there you have it. I can't access the mobile page but if you can, type in puyosega.com and try to register.
