PSO2 JP: Patch + Launcher Language Settings (11/21/2012)

Phantasy Star Online 2 requires an update in order to continue playing the game. When you open the launcher, the game will automatically update both the game and launcher if necessary.

Launcher Update:

Patch Size

Unofficial Patch Notes:

  • The launcher now has language settings for English US, English UK, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, and Korean.

Patch Notes

  • Corrected a bug where it didn't display the names of each ship on the ship selection screen or when you were transferring to another ship.
  • Corrected a bug where your Team Chat speech bubble settings would reset when you logged back on.
  • Implemented a "Segmented Update System" into the launcher. This feature will be available in the future.

To qualify:

Vita Phantasy Star Online 2 Launch Date

According to Siliconera, via Zangoto_od3, the launch date for the Playstation Vita version is February 28th, 2013. Both the Vita version and PC version will share the same servers, same character data, item data, and AC services.

They also plan to sell a "Special Package" for around 5229 Yen that includes:
