  • Anga Fundarge's growth system has been reset due to the release of its new form. Since the enemy will spawn in its initial state, the following situations will occur for a limited time.
    • The enemy will spawn with reduced stats.
    • The enemy will give players less chances to roll for a drop based on its destroyed parts.
  • The above situations are only temporary. Anga will eventually return back to its regular state as the days go by.

Other Adjustments

  • Adjusted the timing of the effect that displays when you use a drink.
  • Changed one of the voice clips for the enemy [Phaleg].
  • Changed a portion of the animations for the Dragonkin Magentite to increase its visibility.
  • Added an extra stipulation to the description for [Dragon's Authority], to state that it doesn't apply to Dragonkin nor Abberations (AM).
  • Relaxed the difficulty for the quest in Aika's [ARKS Successive Test] Client Order.

Unit Skills

  • You can now add L-Ring Skills to ★12 units at the Item Lab. This process requires Lambda Grinders, Meseta, and the L-Ring you wish to add to the unit. Do take note that completing this action destroys the L-Ring in question. Furthermore, you will not be able to grind the Ring Skill once it's embedded into the unit. Please take the time to grind your L-Rings before performing this action.
  • Adding Ring Skills to the unit will bind said unit to its owner.

  1. in a stupid choice on Sega's part all the new story stuff aside from Matoi is locked behind solo XQ or new ultimate quest. It's not main story content but its still nice to see all of the story stuff.

      Side stuff is side stuff and not necessary to proceed so, like, whatever. People can do it once they're ready.

      for multiple reasons: one is that it is, as cc2 points out, a slap in the face to the new players that sega's supposedly been trying to appease since the ps4 client's release.
      another is that is means that there will be more people doing whatever they can to find a way to cheese that idiotic solo XQ; anyone who seriously expected it to be some kind of "filter" to "save" them from people who they might somehow benefit was and still is fooling themselves.

      it's apparent that kimura wants people to be using his precious "expert" blocks regardless of whether or not they're part of some kind of self-proclaimed elite. in the end it's being treated as a more annoying version of koffee's level cap COs.
      and as I've said before, I've seen enough reports of shit-tier rooms on those blocks and seen enough of 2ch users doing the "name and shame" thing with people who aren't decked out with maxed out 13* weapons/top notch units with eight slots worth of attack ups to know that A: it's nothing but a thing for assholes to feel special over, and B: it's doing exactly what sega made damage parsing a bannable offense over.

      the question is whether sega's going to end up rebuking kimura over it, or if they're basically going to go "well it's okay when WE cause people to be obnoxious dicks".

      my tankHU got through just fine. bit more of a problem with my characters that are actually capable of doing damage worth noticing, because, after all, doing damage means being unable to take damage worth a shit.

      on the other hand, I have no intention of wasting my life on the dickwaver blocks, because they shouldn't exist in the first place. I want my story completion, and shouldn't be being held up by shit content created by someone who should have been kicked out of the company long ago.

      Also one person's opinions /= another's. While they could of said something about story locked content, I really don't care. The story isn't demanding, none of it really is except for the final bosses of episode 1-3. It's not content that should be expected high level of play to beat.

      XH on the other hand, are just not for you. That's why we're glad these blocks are keeping people like you out. It's meant for players who want a challenge, and yes, there's shiny 13*s there, but they had to reward players with something. From the sounds of it, you're upset you won't get an easy 13* to show to everyone because your carries are all on another block you can't get to.

      And you use the term "dickwaving". :U Granted, I could be wrong, but I know asking you will prove nothing.

      Do you even actually play this game, your saying this about PSO2, a game that has high damaging builds such as FiHu, BrHu, RaHu… all of which can attain pretty high damage and get pretty tank in their own right without sacrificing damage.

      Its not even the extremity of your expressions that amazes me (oh god its so stupid to lock absolutely pointless Phaleg meeting behind a year old quest), its the sheer ability to not annihilate each other and instead focus together on blaming pso2 for doing and, at the same time, not doing some certain thing.
      "Ohh yes I wish the game wasn't so easy I literally die by soloing ult amd in under 3 minutes, but screw equipment set that provides bigger potential at the expense of player skill, because Id rather collect all the hits in the world and die 80 times than lose my consistent but inferior damage potential". How do you make up this crap, do they teach it on some courses, tell me guys.

    1. You get an egg higher rarity than the one you have. Say you have an 8* Wander, you need to get a 9* + to evolve it. Once it hits 13* you go to Pietro and unlock it. (So you can make it higher level stat wise. Hope this helps.

    2. If you're just discussing rarity evolution… what?

      Because that requires egg of same rarity (which is only useful for changing the personality) or higher, and as such rarity has no relevance to Pietro's limit break service – only reaching pet level 100. Ofc in practice you can only achieve that with 12* (whose cap was upped to 110 recently) and 13* pets but eh.

  2. I occasionally glance at the comments here, and they are more toxic than PSO-World. It's usually people frothing at the mouth at everything SEGA does. Then -Z- criticizes the game's many issues (deservedly so), and people call him "salty" and question his player skill, which has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with the fact that SEGA is running this game (and franchise) into the ground with the WORST design decisions I've ever seen in my decades of gaming. Then again, I rarely play shit games. I still think nobody would be playing PSO2 if it didn't have decent character creation.

    Solo XQ 1-5 has a few cheap things (Gryphon's instant kill, Diabo being able to juggle people to death off a single knockdown) but anyone with any experience in gaming should be able to beat it. There's even a Japanese guy who beat it bare-handed. Yet people here are using it as an excuse to dismiss valid complaints about the game's actual problems? Ridiculous.

    It doesn't change the fact that the game is going to hell, or has already long been there. Japanese players know it. Most of the Japanese people I met in PSO2 quit a long time ago. Even the hardcore ones are saying they've lost motivation to play, and they hate what SEGA is doing to the game. The game isn't "dying", but from the beginning, the problem is most people aren't having "fun" with it (because the gameplay isn't designed to be fun, it's designed to WASTE TIME), and the direction SEGA points everyone in fosters a hostile atmosphere, driving more people away.

    SEGA designed all of this. The current situation is a direct result of the SEGA's design decisions. It is their fault.

    But Western players just can't seem to admit that anything is flawed. They prefer to attack anyone who points out issues, because for some reason, it can't possibly be the designer's fault. Or they can't accept the fact that there are any negatives, because it "ruins their fun". Some of us are able to enjoy positives even when they're surrounded by negatives.

    Ever heard of CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM? Look at all the convenient features you're enjoying in PSO2 right now, like My Set and being able to recycle tons of cubes in an instant. Those weren't there originally. SEGA put them in BECAUSE PEOPLE WERE COMPLAINING ABOUT THEM FOR YEARS.

    Acknowledging negatives is necessary. You can't improve on anything if you pretend everything's already perfect. It's a simple fact of life.

    You can argue that this is all a matter of opinion, but when huge numbers of seasoned experienced gamers who've probably been playing games longer than most of you have been alive are complaining that the game is seriously broken, then… you know, just maybe… it might actually BE BROKEN.

    Not that any of us complaining about it makes any difference. At this point I'm sure SEGA knows they are destroying the game and series. They've had 4+ years to hire staff with actual skill, and they won't. They just don't give a damn.

    I didn't know they put Solo XQ and Ultimate Amduscia as story requirements. That's ridiculous because:
    1. Hardcore players probably don't even bother with the story. I know I don't.
    2. Casual players tend to enjoy the story, but they don't enjoy being faced with risky challenges or needing to learn all the game's systems to keep up with the power creep. But now SEGA is keeping them from story stuff. Flat out bad design.

    Maybe their goal is encouraging casuals to hang out with hardcore players, which won't work because hardcore players don't enjoy getting dragged down and wasting an extra 10-20 minutes on every EQ. It's not even about elitism. If you've worked hard to improve yourself, but you're forced to stay at the same level as everyone around you, of course you'd be frustrated and unhappy.

    Expert block implementation has been pretty poor. On Ship 2, Expert blocks started out around 50/50 Expert/Regular. Now it looks like 95/5 Expert/Regular, so they've already gone to shit and lost their purpose. They were amazing at the beginning, with everyone contributing huge damage (instead of just the top ~3 like before Expert was implemented). Lots of ~6-8 minutes Profound Darkness PUG. Hell yes. But now the average time is ~9-12 minutes.

    Although, a JP friend told me their first Expert block Elder run was filled with people dying. Not surprising considering how easy it is to clear Solo XQ 1-5, and the fact you can still bring alts to Expert block.

    Expert block has also created a problem with trying to get anything done outside of Expert block. If you're leveling a new character, and you don't want to drag down people in Expert blocks, you have no choice but to slog it out in regular blocks, which at this point pretty much consist only of the weakest players who don't know how to play. So either you be an asshole and look like you're leeching in Expert, or you suffer a slow, agonizingly huge waste of time on regular, and probably fail the quest anyway.

    I know I can play well, even when my character level is low. But other people can't see that. If they see me hanging out in Expert blocks at 70/50, even with maxed out 13 star weapons and 5 slot Saiki units, they're going to assume I'm leeching. They can't see that even at 70/50 I can still do more damage than half the multi, thanks to hypocritical SEGA threatening to ban anyone using damage meters. They can't decide if they want people to improve or not.

    Anyone should be able to see that SEGA is detached from reality. Go and look at their surreal "play manner" stuff on their official website. If you can even find it. If you can't find it, newbies probably can't. Look at how they upload tutorial videos onto YouTube that almost nobody watches, while implying anyone who doesn't already know the information is stupider than a rappy.

    It's all SEGA's fault. They created the situation, they define the conditions and rules. Players only adapt to the environment created for them.

    1. shit, i read all you wrote, and i totally agree with you, i still play PSO2 because y played all the other PSO games, mostly in gamecube and i loved all this franchise since my childhood, started plaing since closed beta and i liked it but PSO2 now is really far from being as good as it should be, they consentrate almost only on fashion stuff, and i'm shure almost all people here play this game as a waifu simulator, since thats half of what people do on this game, just see how long it takes them to put another ultimate quest since tunnels, months, and all those collaborations and shit, and the PA customisation, why they dont make new PA's? thats basically the gameplay of this game, and there's a lot of balance to do, this game lacks of difficulty, anyone can solo almost anything, i will stop here cuz i could go on more :/, but well, it's sega, we can only hope sega will do something good to the game.

      I am a casual who has access to Expert Blocks using the Hunter Guard Stance Skill Path but hey, I built Te/Hu when i maxed out Fo/Te because I noticed I'm not dealing as much damage as the others on EQ runs so yea… I switched to support tank Te/Hu who constantly cast shifta, deband, and resta on EQ runs. I don't have Reverser Field tho… My weaps are just the newly released Gix Rod and Talis both are still +0 coz im still deciding what to grind first but I have a maxed out Gal Wind-OT tho. My units are just the brisa set and the only affix attached to them is Guranz Soul, one to each unit.

      As for the reason why I wanted to have access to Expert blocks is because I want to have more blocks to join in during EQ's and now Ultimate Amduscia.

    4. Y'know, Taiga, if -Z-'s salt was even half as thought out as yours (and tbh you're pretty tediously "glass half full" broken record much of the time yourself – including right in that post) people might actually bother engaging with him.

      Alas, his posts reliably hold the tone of a spoiled brat who's never happy with anything, and whiny and embittered because neither facts nor other people agree with him. I don't know if you were paying attention at the time, but his hatred of the expert blocks very transparently started with his patent inability to qualify for them – blatant sour grapes don't exactly add to the credibility of someone's argument. (Neither does being too bad at the game to clear a requirement he has repeatedly claimed to be worthless.)

      And let's not even get started on his posting history here. You likely missed those exchanges (and, well, nothing of value was lost there) but I'm pretty sure most of the "regulars" here soured on his attitude and seriously shitty post formatting – paragraph breaks represent real progress over what was before and are nigh certainly the direct result of having received a full-on lecture on the importance of writing actually legibly – a long time ago.

      Also, Taiga? There's kind of a… contradiction or two in your critique of the expert blocks. Can you spot it?

    7. I don't think SEGA's intention was to segregate people, they implemented a condition to join expert blocks in order to push people to actually learn about their god forsaken class. SEGA has catered to the casuals in pretty much every single update up until this point. Hell, even UQ Amduscia is very straightforward. Overall, the quality of pug MPAs has improved, whether or not I agree with how they've done it is irrelevant, the fact is, they managed to make the scrubs less scrubbish and thats fine by me, the intention wasn't to bring everyone to try hard MLG level, but to make sure people know that the person right next to them is at the very least aware of the bare basics (which is really the only requirement to clear 1~5 in the first place), if you want 3min UQ Amduscias, 4min PDs, you shouldn't be in a pug in the first place.

    8. I actually do generally agree with you on PSO2 going down a shithole as much as I despise -Z-'s post, hell in my friend's discord server I'm probably the first to outright criticize the game's latest updates because it has been bad.

      -Z- is just outright bad at wordng things and types as though he's never played the game, there are far too many classes in this game that can do high damage while having some rediculous survival ability, primarily thanks to Hu sub Fury Stance being bale to mixed with Flash Guard(s), Iron Will without any impairment to the character's damage, -Z- simply saying “…after all, doing damage means being unable to take damage worth a shit.” has proved he legitimately doesn't understand the (Very awful) meta of this game where most classes can facetank hits and dish out even more damage without too much effort. And -Z- while he has made poitns I agree with, I do fully believe expert blocks actually have helped with MPAs more or less, at least in my personal experience.

      As for the updates itself, alot of them have been awful lately and I've barely played the game lately, and have even considered uninstalling the game because every new damn update is another boring map with a shiny new carrot on a stick that I'm not even interested in because Austere is still blatantly better. >.> Then there show absurdly EASY the game has gotten starting at Yamato where the best content in that patch for me was simply a Seiga Bow I had to slog through probably the worse 'raid boss' EQ ever in PSO2.

      Add onto to how the LQs they had before they started recycling the old good ones from Ep3 and before and the rather disastrous beach wars EQ where you waited up to minutes for one bird darker to spawn, new weapons are either far too strong for any content we have and will see in the future where the only time I recall I even need the OP equipment was too carry bad pugs before expert blocks managed to roll.

      While bad pugs might be a rather petty complaint in itself, bad pugs are initially why and a chunk of my friends list has quit or planned to. The game became a carrying simulator pre EP4, only getting even worse come the PSO2 anime and Episode 4 where me and a friend could consistantly become at least 50 to 60% of the MPA total damage.

      While I do assualt -Z- for dispensing salt every bumped post, I do not think expert blocks were a bad idea, and in fact slightly revitalized the game for me… slightly. It's a rather shiny update amongst the 99% crap PSO2 updates have been since EP4 and I'm still spending far more time playng MH4U amongst others games because PSO2 has gave really no reason to make it my primary game since TD4. SO I don't think PSO2 is perfect… far from it. If I could list all my complaints without spending all day doing so… I would, trust me.

      Here it is… I like the new stuff that has been released, like Odin and AbdULt.

      Yeah and if you want to talk about Hunter Sub as easy then it isn't Iron Will (it is still raw and you will not always survive; mind whatever "75%" supposedly represents).

      The Real winner is Automate… it is like the rewards you get at the end of MGS.

      And no, the game is not challenging. Being dragged down by bad people on easy content doesn't make it hard at all, it just makes it a lame "Kaizo" experience.

      And yeah 3/4 of a chance to not die while being immortal for way too long isn't broken or anything. Given that it's 75% chance each time, odds are unlikely you'll go down at all.

    15. IIRC no one ever said that PSO2 is perfect. Also you complained that the game is too easy yet refuse to use Gyx which is way better than Austere as long as you can gitgud. You choose to take the easy way yet complaining that the game is easy. The game is this easy because there's a lot of casual players who being vocal and complained. It's been like that since SEGA nerfed that battle with Persona at Tundra. The reason why Magatsu run is limited? The casual is being salty that the hardcore can do 1min run and farm lot of cube. Want the game to change? Being vocal and send them feedback in moonrunes and stop whining here.

    17. Gyx outside of babied melee classes is awful. Force is just destroyed by it, even with JG ring. Meanwhile most melee only have to avoid mates, which, given a party with a techer is just pathetically easy to accomplish, not to mention you can simply hold off not using a mate

      So GJ with that yeah I'll get right on my never active pot weapons for my character who needs to switch weapons constantly.

    20. Most of attacks can be evaded by maxed Charge Parry ring and it's not like you can't use ME at all. Also there's a lot mag trigger action that can boost survivabilty. Gyx have base 6% dmg bonus, after few secs it will be stronger than Austere and at 70secs you got 20% damage bonus. Not to mention Fo can just use Techs from far away out of reach from most of enemy attack. And ssh this is a secret (not really) but the potential also affect Zanverse which mean more damage. You should try using Zanverse+Compund tech with that much damage multiplier and compare it to Austere 🙂

      You've never actually seen legitimately disastrous updates to MMOs have you?

      And if you want hardcore difficult content you're plain playing the wrong game to begin with. TD3&4 are the only EQs where the risk of failure is serious anyway (not counting simply terribad MPAs which can ofc fail about anything).

      In any case, while you did preface this with "I don't play shit games" it's more like "I don't play much games at all really."

      You'd be VERY hard pressed to find any mmo that takes its sweet time adding quality of life stuff while making questionable (subjective) decisions. Quick, while avoiding the rose tinted glasses of nostalgia, find me an mmo that was perfect from beginning to end in which players remained happen all throughout, and hub games like Monster Hunter don't count.

      You won't. And that's the nature of the beast.

      Expert blocks were a fine thing on paper, but a little mess in practice. Won't deny that. Locking story stuff behind other things would be a problem IF it was main story; side stuff I don't think it's a big deal, especially if the story reward is something decent.

      If there's one thing I noticed is that they want you to play other content. Hence, daily TAs becoming weekly, and dailies being where daily money is which have you go to various maps, and featured quests, which are various maps. From a designer's aspect, it must be frustrating to create something for people and to have it ignored. Now you could say, "They should make it worth experiencing, then." and they have, just once or a few times.

      The biggest issue in games, especially one of this nature, is designer vs player. You may make things in such a way for a player to experience, but a player will eventually find an efficient/optimal/broken/glitchy way to deal with it, and you can't ever account for that. I mean you can try, but good luck with success.

      As is the case with challenging content which people can never decide on. There's complaints about the game being too easy, but then they complain about content they struggle with and go "I'm not doing this anymore" so which is it? Especially with difficulty being a subjective thing.

      Don't think I don't get it. If you die too much or get cheaped out, it's annoying, frustrating and stupid (people praise PSO1 for it's difficulty but we're quick to forget how stupid a room full of megid spitting flowers is: the power of nostalgia), you want something that has you on edge, gives you a tough time, but feel rewarding and accomplished when you win.

      And you can get that. Just for a limited time. As with all games, hard things are only such until they're figured out or optimized (again, design vs player) then they're easy. In addition to that, balancing stuff around 12 players makes it even harder because you can't account for every player unless you gather this group of strong players yourself. So you can get a strong group that stomps, a mixed group that has an okay time, and an awful group that'll barely win or just lose.

      PSO2 is also tasked with trying to appeal to too many types of people at once which is always a road of ups and downs.

      There's honestly many good ways to fix a lot of things and keep content playable, but I think they just have too full a plate and too small a group.

      Not like asian mmo teams are that big anyway.

Getting close to year 5 soon? STFU already. PSU, PSO1, burst, etc; none of them continued to expand after the first 2 years. People were running white beast over and over for 7 damn years in PSU, for f***s sake. As for PSO1? Are you kidding? People were bored out of their skulls after the first 2 years.
      You pathetic little ingrates are exactly why SEGA never brought this game to the west. So, in short: you are bad, you probably play bad, and you should feel bad. PSO2's content dwarfs the s*** out of previous PS games. That is a FACT. Not an opinion. If you want to complain about classes being too restricted, fine. I get that. They could do more with the classes and lack of weapon types in pso2, but otherwise:

  3. i remember back when they said this was gonna be like Phantasy star zero more so then pso, this game does have alot of flaws and its not perfect at all, also Z isent perfect and just because he dosent word things write dosent mean hes completely wrong.taigua has a point when it comes to this,but what i dont understand is how they strayed so far from the original formula? having slow combat action isent bad like in pso and another example being monster hunter.

    1. Not even Monster Hunter is as slow as it used to be. Evolving and getting with the times is what it's all about. And the old stuff is still there or available in some creative methods (except maybe PSU; lost cause there).

      And honestly, the original formula, by today's standards, isn't all that good. We loved it because it's what we had and first experienced back then. I can imagine anyone playing PSO2 first (and heck, even PSU, PSPo an PSPo2 first) and then playing PSO1 would probably be like "Ew."

    3. I think the formula has grown correctly, just not as great as it could be.

      Everything PSO had (coming form a Dreamcast player here), is present in PSO2, but it's grown overtime to fit modern standards, I enjoy it a lot actually.
      I do admit that I miss the slower pace of PSO and PSU, but PSO2 is NOT PSO and PSU. It's more of a spiritual successor, and I think it succeeds in that.

      I have lots of issues with PSO2, but it's not a bad game, as so many people like to say, it has more content than it's predecessors, and combat feels much more free and entertaining, I just hope the community as a whole helps Sega realize where the game can improve.

  5. I stay away from bumped for one week and this is what i see … where do i start, what do i say, who do i reply to. Since the stronger topics seem to be about the state of the game, classes, and thew new gix weapons ill throw in something about each of those.

    With pso2, the #1 most motivating thing to me is leveling up, new techniques, new photon arts, change in game mechanics or weapons with potentials that do more than "increase damage". I also like through challenging quests.

    If i could change a few things in this game right now (don't remind me that I'm not JP, don't remind me i'm just a player, don't remind me my opinion is insignificant to devs, I've played this game enough to be aware of these things) i would:

    1. Less fucking collabarations and if they're going to bring anything back from the old pso games it should be a new area to explore or new bosses to fight (make old bosses new, make old areas new, just bring them into pso2). Or weapons from the old pso games with potentials that do more than increase damage.

    2. Focus on improving battle related mechanics (say if PAs have no reason to be as slow, tedious, inaccurate as they are, fix them) (ofc something like that depends on the player)

    3. Raise the level cap to 100 because LEVELING UP is a basic driving motivation that makes any player play any MMORPG game and enjoy it without (I bet you my account if none of us were at max level right now we would stick around a lot longer than we want to now).

    4. Add more new PAs customs and more type-0 tech customs at once. Some may prefer new PAs entirely, but with the way type-0 customs work they feel pretty close to new PAs.

    5. Change the required levels for some of the difficulties (to compliment the 3rd thing i want) Hard mode lv20, VH lv40, SH lv60, XH lv80, UQs (lv80 main with lv70 sub or completing ALL of heaven and hell)

    (^ Sadly we're so far into this game that this change may be too drastic and cause players to leave rather than stay)

    6. Restriction exp tickets and or removal of them. (because if players level up too fast using them and won't take their time to learn what's effective in this game.) (We want to have fun playing our favorite class for as long as we can, with a refined purpose that isn't getting a better weapon).

    7. Branch out a skill tree even more with new skills and make some existing skills effective (e.g. poison ignition detonating a locked on poisoned enemy with a powerful (say 100k dmg) explosion.

    8. Removal of force and techer burn, freeze, shock, mirage, panic, poison boost.

    9. Add a class that uses slicers and shot type weapons for combat (ofc a dev would stall for an update like that to get players excited).

    10. Add 13* weapons w. potentials that give more than a damage bonus.

    Truthfully SEGA, for the most part, has done a great job making this game. If they didn't there would be even less of us around to complain about it. With every game there are always some things players want to be changed.

    Not expecting everyone to agree with everything i would want, or even acknowledge my desires but the way i see it …
    The only way this game will be fun again (at least for me) is if sega moves their f***ing asses, stop worrying about their limitless piles of collabs, and start focusing on everything relevant to players fighting enemies in the field.

    Most of all, RAISE the f***ing level cap.

    1. 1. too bad, the collaborations make more money for SEGA than you'd imagine
      2. depends heavily on the context, pretty much every PA and tech in this game has always functioned properly, it's just sometimes they need refining to be useful, which pa/tech customization provides
      3. i don't think you understand how game balance/power creep/longetivity works
      4. agreed, i would like to see new skills and either new PA or new customizations in general
      5. pointless adjustment just for the sake adjustment so that you feel like the game has some sort of change to it
      6. people who already have a single character established are the ones who stock up exp tickets for alt classes/characters, if you don't know the game by then the only one to blame is yourself, not the game
      7. i'm not sure sega is that creative, and then there's the practicality and balance of said ideas
      8. every skill tree needs some sort of fluff, sometimes those are useful too, ex. panicking double, skill trees would feel even worse if they just pandered to the cookie cutter builds everyone uses and had no other choices
      9. whatever class episode 5 brings will hopefully be good, personally not impressed by bouncer and summoner
      10. there isn't really any point, i understand you want some variety in the game's combat, but the best you can ask for is conditional damage like gix, because in the end doing damage is all that matters in a game like this

    3. Leveling as driving motivation lolololol. Not in this game, leveling is probably one of the most mind-numbingly boring tasks ever, when they announced the max level bonuses, people were actually complaining about having to grind the classes they didn't give a damn about to get the extra 10 pp. The only cool thing about a raised cap would be getting more skill points, but that would have to happen in conjunction with a hefty rework on each skill tree, judging by how lazy most of the skill tree changes are (when they happen), I highly doubt SEGA would come even close to doing such thing.

      Also, 13* weapons with anything BUT damage bonuses would just be ignored and die in obscurity.

      Your other points are either stuff SEGA has already been working on or are just downright.. uh.. weird I guess.. I mean, less collabs, seriously?? Also, if you remove your nostalgia goggles, you'll realize how shitty PSO really is in comparison to PSO2, it was fine for its time, yeah, obviously, but there is zero need to bring any of that to this game.

  6. There is a symbiotic relationship between monsters and players in this genre. As expressed by a friend:

    "When we lose to the toughest monsters, they gain our respect and enmity. When we win without a real fight, we feel empty, and turn our enmity to the developer."

    If we want to justify having all of these 13* weapons, a level cap increase will only make us stronger and widen the gap between player and monster. We kick so much ass on a daily basis that our worse traits as people come out. I think its long overdue for us to get our ass handed to us on a golden platter.

    Maybe that will mark the beginning of serious content.
