Sega put up a new page of a mysterious new RPG with two silhouettes of characters soon to be revealed on August 20th. But on August 18th, the new RPG is non other than Phantasy Star Portable 2.

This seems to follow Sega's new marketing campaign. Every time they are about to announce a new game, they place a teaser site with a character silhouette in the background. The first two were revealed to be a WiiWare title and a Nintendo DS title.
The last teaser campaign ended up into another Puyo Pop sequel. This was displeasing to hopeful fans considering the character silhouette was modeled similarly to Amy from the Sonic The Hedgehog franchise.
