Important Information Regarding Third Party Analytic Tools
Sega has confirmed the existence of an external tool that analyzes and acquires numerical values and internal information. Using this tool violates Article 9 (Prohibition of Fraudulent/Cheating Activities) of the Terms of Use. While they continue to resolve the matter, they will be suspending accounts without notice confirmed to be further utilizing such tools in the future.

PSO2 players have been requesting that Sega implement a new feature for recycling their unwanted SG Scratch items. In response, from August 10th ~ December 14th, players will be able to exchange varying amounts of SG Scratch items for a selection of other items.
Today's ARKS Promotion Squad Graduation stream revealed another set of Star Gem rewards to be distributed on the days of July 11th, 12th, 14th, and 15th. During the stream, the ARKS Promotion Squad and seven other players were tasked with clearing the Mission: Decision challenge quest. The rewards that players are to receive were determined by the highest number of stages they managed to clear, multiplied by ten.
Thanks to their efforts, 50 Star Gems will be distributed on the days July 11th, July 12th, July 14th, and July 15th, making for a total of 200 Star Gems if you manage to retrieve them all.
