What problems did OTP users encounter that is worth a 1 day premium set?
OTP users were unable to log into the game for hours on each day.
And may I ask how long that that log in issue lasted?

So thats why they extended the "Ragol memory" login thing campaign for 3 days.
once again people too daft to defend their own password get rewarded for doing business with a third party's buggy service.
when are they going to reward the rest of us for not needing that crap? I'm sure there's a lot of players who'd love to get a 1day premium set as compensation for sega's various derpouts. probably be more popular than triboosts, useful as they may be.
or is this just another case of "let's try really hard to get this other company more business, by bribing people with the knowledge that if they risk getting their account locked whenever the other company screws up that they'll get bonus stuff for it"? I really don't understand the relationships companies have with these OTP services. is it some kind of yakuza thing?
and y'know. it's not like you need OTP and lolsmartphones to provide an extra layer. like, NC japan's thing for BnS where they email you a set of passcodes when you make your account, and ask for a random one at login after you input username/password.

You know OTP offers 200 free storage spaces, right? I can't imagine people actually caring about the extra layer of security.
So why are you crying about the other kid getting sprinkles on his ice cream? If you already have Premium then quit your complaining. If you don't use OTP then quit your complaining. It's not an issue that you had to deal with thus anything you have to say about the problem is invalid. I'm an OTP User AND I have Premium so I am quite content with the reward, will give me that extra grace day when I forget my Prem expires.

Looks like your complaint didn't make any sense. Here's how I can help you:
This is PSO2. A DIFFERENT GAME. This isn't BnS, Elsword, WoW, etc. They have a different way of approaching password security. If you don't like it? Beat it.
You need to realize that there are privileged users who, by using a certain service a game advertises, will get rewarded greater than those who do not use any at all. It's standard MMO procedure, and it's good marketing. This also means that by utilizing that certain service, they are supporting the game even more than those who do not at all.
So what if SEGA "derped" at times? At least players who do not support the game entirely get something really useful like a triboost/free salon pass/etc. to feel better about themselves for NOT SUPPORTING FULLY AT ALL! OMG! Save it for those who are using OTP, if the OTP derps out, they will obviously get more as compensation for the company's mistake, because you know, these types of players are supporting the company by biding their time using that third-party service.
And the protocol is simple, really. If you want to get rewarded greatly, certain sacrifices should be made.
Still not realizing? Here's the math:
Player = You, the participant, the one who plays the game. You already support by playing the game, but that isn't enough because you practically pay nothing for the company. Well, if you use the "I PAY BY WASTING MY TIME" argument, then give yourself a pat on the back, genius. (Sarcasm intended)
Support = OTP and other third-party services. This is how free players can support the company without draining themselves of cash. The only cost is their time outside the game. (Think of this as WORK. You compensate from all that "effort" with cash, only with this game, it's something better than what free players get– which is 200 more inventory space and extra rewards)
Pay Support = Premium/AC shop/Pay campaigns/whateverthefk. This is how you fully support the company. People tend to use these services because they want whatever is in it. The company also wants it because people pay real money for these. It's win-win.

Derpouts.. Lol I see what you mean man but we all know Sega is less than fair in the scheme of things. Hell, I still feel lucky I'm just able to play the game at all.
How is it not fair? Everyone wins in this situation, it's that guys own fault for not setting up a otp despite sega announcing many times of the rewards for it. Extra storage, ocassional rewards etc and still this guy complains and calls people idiots for using it.
Will we get a free skill reset pass this patch?

I wish they'd give out Makeover passes a little more often.
At least now it's one makeover pass a month, or two a month if youre premium.
