  1. Uh-oh… Tweaker downloaded more than 500Mb with “huge” files (150 ~ 250mb). Guess it failed taking some files when it re-installed on this PC…

  2. >to celebrate the addition of a clusterfuck you have to rush through..
I’ll never understand why people would want to have all that crap flying around at once in the first place, much less under circumstances where you have to be reckless because a ticking timer means you can’t be cautious, methodical, or fight intelligently.

and it’s certain to be absolute hell for rangers and bow bravers, of course. because clusterfuck means you can’t stay put long enough to get your standing snipe to work, and WB gimping is in effect because fuck rangers.
(meanwhile FO/TE will probably continue being unhindered courtesy of not having to stand still and not having distance decay to limit how much breathing room they’re allowed to have. particularly the megatwinks that somehow have combo techs ready within five seconds of seeing the first thing they can attack in a mission)

    1. TBH, if that insanely graceful timer is somehow too much for you, you should probably stay out of XH. Especially don’t want some one overwhelmed by an EQ that was purposely made easy to do something like TD or Magatsu…

Also if you’re RA, you should probably consider learning Launcher. There’s a lot of easy head shots to be had in that EQ I’m surprised I don’t see those being spammed for easy damage. As for bow… given the sturdiness of the enemies but ease of head shots, million arrow is definitely gonna be awesome. Sure, you may not exactly beat those Fo/Te, but given they’re kind of worthless outside of TD and support in other EQs… it’s probably not a bad idea to give them one EQ they can shine in, amongst all the ones dominated by Rifle and Bow…

Really, not giving Ra and Br another easy high damage parser EQ is the least of the issues with the EQ itself. Recycled mooks, barely any time on boarding or boost pad parts, and an AIS segment that’s far too long… It’s full of filler and cutscenes, and has very little intriguing gameplay.

  3. Can someone explain to me why the tweaker has to download 15k files worth 12+gb every time a patch comes out?

    1. That would be because you need to manually pick “Check for PSO2 Updates (Old Method)” if that’s a problem.

  4. Mikal – It shouldn’t. I’ve had tweaker issues before but had none this time. If you continually have issues I recommend doing a file check from the official Sega launcher and re-installing tweaker. That has fixed all my problems.
